PLACEMENT POLICIES

Before becoming an Active Candidate with Rush Personnel Service,  we would like you to take a few moments and learn about- What we do, Why we do it, and What we expect you to do.

Once you have submitted your resume to Rush Personnel Service, it is placed in a confidential file on our server and will not be removed from that server until we have placed you in a position and you have started to work.

We will present your information in a confidential manner to Client Companies and other Recruiters that have a position that you are qualified to fill.

When a Client Company or other Recruiter has expressed an interest in you, we will get as much information as we can from the interested party and screen this information to you.  If you are interested in pursuing the opportunity, we will submit a copy of your resume to the Client Company or Recruiter.

If your resume is sent to another Recruiter, that Recruiter will get in touch with you to coordinate between you and his Client Company throughout the remainder of the process.  You will not have much contact with us unless the other recruiter has a problem maintaining contact with you.

If your resume is sent to a Client Company by us, your name will be made known to the representative of the Client Company at this time.  The Client Company will not have your contact information at this time.

If the Client Company, upon reviewing your resume, decides they want an interview with you, either phone or face-to-face, we will get a spread of dates and times to present to you.  We will then call you and communicate the Client Company’s desires to you.  At this time we would give you the Client Company’s name and additional information about the interviewer.

As we proceed through the remaining steps of the hiring process, it is extremely important that you maintain close contact with us. We can help you through the remainder of the process because we are professionals and deal with these companies on a regular basis. All have individualized methods when it come to selection and hiring. We can guide you through the maize. Since Client Companies are paying us for our service, they expect and want the interview process to follow a certain order. If you break the sequence by not following our guidelines or maintaining contact, your chances of successfully completing the hiring cycle are greatly diminished. The company will get frustrated and drop you, and we will not work with you again.

Once we have successfully completed the hiring cycle and you have accepted the offer, we negotiated for you, we will help you through the resignation process with your present employer.
